Comment:  With the incoming 2015 pledge class, Alpha Phi has definitely surpassed Tri Delt and Pi Phi. Some are calling it 2nd to Theta--above Kappa. Girls are definitely good looking and not fake like Theta. I can definitely see them surpassing Theta in the near future if they keep up the good recruitment. They are starting to all draw in Paloma, so being unhoused isn't a big problem to them.
