Comment:  Party? Sure - but it is as average as any house parties in cortland, if you are looking for positive human being you can look up to . . . then no. There's a couple of nice kids here and there but most have graduated, most of the younger guys and those who lead now are trying to hard to be the next pi kap. Bottom Tier - would be middle if they were actually nice ppl.
