Comment:  Phi Delts are definitely top house this year above Spes, Sigma Chi, and SAE. They party hard and I always have a great time at their parties/4-ways, while keeping one of the highest GPA's on campus. Although they did not try in IronBrawl (unfortunately) , they have won multiple philanthropies this year and have placed in many others. Phi Delt guys are always the biggest gentlemen while being some of the chillest guys on campus. Great freshman class and a great future ahead of them, SHASTA!!!!!
