Comment:  You must definitely be a freshman if you think chapter size has no affect on things. One good rush does not make a group dominate. Consistency is it ... the three largest groups at MSU consistently take top girls and keep them. One good pledge class every 4 years doesn't cut it. Keep it up for years ... then you can say "everyone wants to be a Phi Mu".
