Comment:  Don't make the mistake in thinking that this is a fraternity. They are a COLONY and they have been one for the last 2 and a half years. It is only a matter of time before IFC decides to kick them off campus or their nationals revoke the charter because they cannot meet the requirements to be chartered as a fraternity. I would not join this fraternity simply because it will most likely not last more than 2 years.
