Comment:  in the past phi sig has definitely been the bottom of the bottom tier, but over the past 2 years they are definitely improving... i see their letters way more around campus and they did pretty well in greek week this year. i'm graduating this year and i can't remember the last time i heard phi sig ranking in anything during greek week... but they came in 4th and raised the most money. they have quite a long way to go if they want to be top tier tho
