Comment:  Some of the brothers are pretty nice overall, but honestly delt is really only good for freshmen, and sadly that is also their downfall. The parties as a result are pretty creepy, since it's just a dark room and a bunch of thirsty people. Overall, delt pretty much just sums up an average fraternity at case, mediocre at most things, not really standing out. Smack middle tier
