Comment:  Need some serious work. Since they can't manage to charter, they are taking up room for other frats to come on. Saw a major decline in efficiency and success once Arthur graduated. They couldn't even get us our shirts on time for their own philanthropy. Also their grades are weighing the Greek GPA down. You guys need to get it together.
