Comment:  Idk why they're this high honestly. Nice house location, but the house is pretty dirty. Got Pi Phi for pregame over DTD, DU, DKE, etc. which I guess is good for them. No way they're #6 on campus. Solidly middle tier. I'd put them right behind Phi Delt/Chi Phi.
