Comment:  Chi -O upholds a positive dedication to their service pledges, as well as their academics, evident in their high PHC GPA ranking. The girls can be rude and can party hard. A lot of clickiness in the house and that is unfortunate, but I think the majority of its members are hard-working for the betterment of the chapter.
