Comment:  Chi O seems to be in the midst of an unspoken rivalry with A Phi. Though they are most definitely comparable to A Phi in terms of social life, during rush they were consistently badmouthing A Phi to girls who were between Chi O and A Phi. Although they are social, they are always standoffish and aloof at parties.
