Comment:  I don't really understand why phi psi is supposedly a top fraternity...I was there this weekend and a few of the brothers were very creepy and made me feel uncomfortable. They seem like they've only had parties off campus (the get down) which is interesting but who wants to pay that much to basically go to an off campus frat party...
