Comment:  not top tier losing their house in a few years if not sooner, havent been upholding quality pledge classes like they used to get and are steadily going down hill. rating extra low to put them below delta sig because everyone knows on campus delta sig is the indisputable #1 and sigma chi takes the kids delta sig didnt want.
