Comment:  Theta is top tier and not going down. That said, this house is not for everyone. Thetas dirty rush and really only take into consideration how hot you are, how rich you are and how much you party. Just because they are in the top tier doesn't mean everyone should want to go theta. If you're looking for a place where you'll be accepted and not judged, think about some of the other houses. This year during rush they took pnms to different rooms based on if you could be a day/night theta
