Comment:  Mid-tier at best. This sorority, which started in the 70's at State,, has progressed. But, the mothers/alumni need to back off and let the current members have some say so during rush. Also, kappa delta girls have been heard degrading other sororities. It makes other groups resent them. If you want to be THE top sorority, you have to act the part with humility, discipline, and grace. Flaunting your accomplishments just makes others not like you.
