Comment:  They are an above average middle tier fraternity. The fact that they have been able to do what they have with their house is amazing. For people that don't know yet, Sig Pi has signed for the Sig Ep house. That house is a lot better than what they have now. They will have a lot of guys living in the house which will make the parties really good. These guys are on the rise and have progessed more than any other fraternity on this campus, hands down. They will be above Phi Psi and SAE come Fall.
