Comment:  Okay, listen. Some of the guys are awkward and some are cute and completely normal, just like every other frat. Their parties always have great alcohol and as a girl I have never felt uncomfortable at their house, which I can't say about a lot of frats. Their house is really nice compared to a lot of other frats, and I don't think their location is necessarily a bad thing. Technically, they may be bottom tier, but that doesn't mean that they don't have great parties and aren't cool to be around.
