Comment:  Honestly couldn't agree more with the person below me. Yes, Chi O is considered top tier.. they win things occasionally but honestly thats all they care about. If your GPA isn't through the roof you don't have a chance. A lot of the chi o's look very homely and I don't see an apparent sisterhood
