Comment:  definitely the frat to watch out for. this sounds like a self rank but they really do have a disproportionate amount of hot guys vs. other mid tier frats and seem to want to succeed more than other frats... probably due to how new they are. I don't see them becoming the next sig nu/sig ep or anything but they definitely have potential to become kap sig / sig pi level within the next year or two
