Comment:  when I rate a fraternity i also consider past history, and unlike pkp ato theta chi ect... sigma got in trouble ( i think same position sigma pi was in ) and came out alright. Did they mass recruit last spring? yes and that hurt them quality wise but overall theyre arguably one of the "better" fraternities at state
