Comment:  They throw the best parties by far and their tailgates are crazy and the top 3 houses at Ball State are Delts, Sig Chi, Sig Ep but Delts have them beat their grades have improved and they are now about sig chi and sig ep. They're good looking guys especially this new pledge class that came in, by far top house on campus
