Comment:  RAPID DECLINE! Saw them hanging with Alpha Chi's. Obviously they don't realize the negative effects this will have on their chapter and it's ranking. My advise to PhiDelt and ALL TCU Fraternities is to STAY AWAY FROM ALPHA CHI OMEGA!
