Comment:  They have only just now regained their charter. Their new first pledge class is not filled with your typical fraternity guys. A lot of them most likely would not gain bids from other houses. However, I do see promise. Chi Phi has pretty great chapters in the state of Texas (represented at A&M and UTD), so with a little bit of outreach, improvement can be seen.
