Comment:  The guys in the house seem to really enjoy being together. They are very sweet to girls and love to throw bangers but are also really chill guys that are down to earth. They arnt your typical douch bag frat guys, they relate to girls and socialize a lot. They are definitly on the rise and are middle tier at minimum.
