Comment:  Skulls is definitely the most laid back fraternity on campus. While quiet and not too hectic, their parties are definitely a good time. Skulls brothers are probably the friendliest and sweetest around. Anyone who has mixed with them knows they're a bunch of stellar guys who are down to have a good time, but don't necessarily buy into the douchebaggery typically associated with fraternities. While it does have its drawbacks, Skulls is definitely one of the most underrated frats on campus.
