Comment:  Phi Sig is a great fraternity with great guys. They just got back on campus so of course they're considered bottom tier. However, once they get a house, they will definitely move up. The guys are fun, nice, and know how to have a great time. When you walk through the door, you can feel how light-hearted the atmosphere is and there is no pressure from any guy. Definitely cannot wait to see their next few pledge classes.
