Comment:  I know some really nice girls in this group. They need to keep working on retention and involvement. They have improved, but the campaign to vault them over other groups seems to overstate their success. I don't believe that any group deserves to be labeled "Bottom Tier", but most would place them below the other Middle Tier groups of Phi Mu, ZTA and DDD.
