Comment:  The Phi Kaps at EIU have really stepped up their game this year. Although their a smaller group, you can tell they all care for each other and seem to be getting a lot more involved on campus! Plus most of them love Doctor Who, and that's always a plus! Great lovely guys. Def one of my faves on campus! Keep it up boys!
