Comment:  I am sure there are plenty classy, nice, and confident Alpha Gams...but honestly from what I can see, most of the girls just didn't do well in recruitment. One girl who is now an AGD in my Rho group had a hissy sobbing fit and left right before pref round because she had gotten dropped by everyone she liked every day (which SUCKS, poor thing) and then was only left with two of the lowest three sororities. She was extremely rude and just left without an open mind.
