Comment:  A small minority would say that Theta is just slightly better than Pi Phi, but I strongly disagree. Many of the top '18 girls chose Pi Phi or Theta, which says a lot. Don't get me wrong, Theta '18 is amazing; however, Pi Phi '18 has some really big names.
