Comment:  Pi Kapps are a solid house. Their members are nice but becoming borderline tools. They used to be all really genuine guys, but are becoming a little too full of themselves. Their house is in a good location, but it's way to small for them to be considered a legitimate social house. Strong brotherhood and for the most part, cool guys.
