Comment:  Definition of a middle tier house, but they are on the decline. They do not follow IFC's new rules so girls leave their parties so we don't get fined. They throw a good party and have some cuties, but not involved and their house is a mess. If they do not get money for a house renovation they will definitely be the next sig nu and get kicked off.
