Comment:  Top tier with Pi Phi. However, Pi Phi this year had an amazing '18 class. Snatched many of the pretty, popular, and FUN girls. Theta '18 is also excellent, but Pi Phi angles IMHO are happier and more excitable about everything, while Theta girls are more aloof and classy. Definitely respect Pi Phi's positive energy. + geffs
