Comment:  DPhi is the perfect mix of brotherhood (one of few houses left with real pledging, medium-sized frat, 100% of the bros have to say "yes" to get a bid) and great social life. Their open parties this semester have been awesome and their recent PCs are great too. Both PCs have been filled w/ popular, good looking, NICE dudes. Upward/improving sorority relations, going to HC with Tri-Delt.
