Comment:  Google maps showed this as the nearest motel to me. At first I was confused at the lack of a vacancy sign, the gorilla and the letters on the wall. I was politely informed by members that this was, in fact, a fraternity house. Much to my surprise, members then invited me to join in their upcoming social event. I was fortunate enough to get drunk and enjoy an amazing party with some great guys. I would certainly recommend rushing and/or staying a night at this hybrid frat and breakfast.
