Comment:  Even though I was a Phi Delt at another chapter, I did grow up in Lawrence and they were clearly the best house on campus. Then again that is, in my humble opinion, the case with most Phi Delt chapters. The vision of the fraternity has changed for the better with more emphasis on inclusion, acceptance, high academic standards and was one of the first fraternities to go dry.
