Comment:  i don't know a lot of pi phi's but from what i do know about them in the past, i'm gonna guess that their sloppy bandstand didn't have entirely to do with alcohol. not to say it isn't a possibility that they were sloshed, but pi phi's don't care about stuff like bandstand and greek week. they probably made the dance up hours before the event. not to defend them, but most of these rankings blow they're bad behavior out of proportion.
