Comment:  Not sure why people say Theta Chi is bottom of the middle tier.... These guys are super fun! The brothers are genuine and down to earth and their new pledge class is awesome. They usually party with Agam and PiPhi but they also have good relations with most other sororities. No one ever has anything to bad to say about theta chi. They're definitely on the rise and could be a top house in years to come. Can't wait to party with them more next year!
