Comment:  People with VERY strong negative comments are more likely to go out of their way to report it because people like this LOVE to be heard. On the other hand, I believe a chunk of really great positive comments come from inside the organization. These girls do the best they can to be the best they can be at all times; they all work very hard within and outside of the chapter. Many hold jobs and important positions and don't have all the time to go out, but they are amazing girls!
