Comment:  I'm rating Top-tier because these boys deserve to be top tier over any of the Fraternities at Radford. They're overlooked, but PSK has some of the coolest, most respectful guys in any fraternity on campus. I'm close with a lot of guys in different fraternities on campus, and none of them compare to PSK. Maybe they're not the hottest fraternity on campus, but if that's what you find important you need to reevaluate your definition of a brotherhood. Oh and when they have big parties, they're BOMB.
