Comment:  Chi Phi has some really cool younger guys and pledge classes, and their parties have been a lot of fun this year. They are a new house, so they havent made top tier yet, but if they keep growing at the rate they are now I think they will be in a couple years. A bunch of my sorority friends love going there because they feel safe and guys are really nice there. Overall one of my favorite other fraternities
