Comment:  Frats on 17th are slipping, sorry but with betas gone fijis is only going to drop quicker. They hardly even throw parties.. their party room is tiny and feels like a dungeon. I'd much rather spend a night out on 21st than here. Not to say their a bad house, but the only reason their remotely considered a "top" house is because of secrecy and alumni, neither of which means theres quality guys there.
