Comment:  (Maybe) Bottom tier. Had huge potential to climb the ranks but then there was a breakup within the fraternity. Apparently like 30-40 guys left leaving the rest to clean up the mess they left by leaving the fraternity. The parties were decent and maybe they can come back but it will take a lot of work and good rush weeks.
