Comment:  PhiDelt may not be considered the most "popular" it attractive of the frats, but many girls recognize that the members are nice, down to earth guys who show respect to women and have true brotherhood. The only frat house where guys will actually talk to girls and are often interested in getting to know them as individuals. One of the only houses I actually feel comfortable at no matter what.
