Comment:  Opinion below isn't shared by a majority at OU. PC 09 is a great group of girls, and was the start of GPHi climbing in ranks. I honestly wish I were one:( I hope my sister who's going through rush ends up in this house. They are absolutely right in saying PC 10 is awesome. GPH has cute, NICE, girls that really look out for each other. Being in a higher ranked party house isn't all that it's cracked up to be. If I had to do over again, I would have picked Theta or Gphi.
