Comment:  Most of the Phi Delts I know are nice but I've also experienced some rude and creepy guys here as well. They try a little too hard to be "fratty" whereas I think they'd come off a lot better if they tried to be themselves. They have a pretty strong brotherhood and seem to get along together and whenever I've been at a social with them its been enjoyable.
