Comment:  The brothers at Theta Chi are welcoming of almost all guys that come by. The brothers there are not only amazing, but also they're extremely funny, sociable, and they know how to party. Most of my best memories at Sydney have occurred at that house. It's not an issue of trying to get to the top tier; Theta Chi is already there.
