Comment:  Great place to live. Very nice guys. I guess they are getting quite an upgrade on their study space and internet will be awesome. This is a big difference with them versus the other fraternities. The study space will be unbelievable with super fast internet, cubicles like at Cerner offices. Nice and quiet with better than on campus as it is crowded and noisy.
