Comment:  PSK has gotten SO MUCH BETTER. Seriously, they have improved and developed so well and they deserve top tier rank. They still could be a bit intimidating to guys that aren't part of the frat and don't have friends in the frat, but as far as being an actual gentleman, these guys know what's up.
