Comment:  as an honest, non-affiliated student, I think theta is for the most part a top tier sorority with attractive girls that aren't very down to earth or nice. they used to be pretty much on par with dg as the top houses, but in recent years, their pledge classes have been lacking compared to dg. I would honestly rank them as the second best sorority on campus, and I know that that's the general consensus here. theta girls are hot, yes, but just not as hot as dg.
